Thank you for visiting the Safe Environment Link.  We are excited that you are interested in joining a ministry at St. Frances Cabrini or are already part of our many ministries.
 
Safe Environment Certification for Employees and Adult Volunteers is REQUIRED PRIOR TO SERVING in Ministry AND MUST BE RENEWED EVERY TWO YEARS.  
 
There are several steps involved to participate in any ministry of St. Frances Cabrini or St. Rose of Lima.

Fill out these forms:

1. Ministry Application
2. Authorization for Release of Information
3. Code of Conduct and Behavior Standards

 
These can be mailed to you, picked up at the front office, or you can download them when you are signing up for an awareness session (see links below).  

2. Next, take a Safe Environment Class that is good for 2 years. Initial OR Renewal Safe Environment Certification currently REQUIRES ATTENDANCE AT A LIVE AND IN PERSON (“FACE-TO-FACE”) Safe Environment Awareness Session.

 

1. Register online at fwdioc.org under Safe Environment Awareness Sessions:  Adult & Teen Training  (click link below). If you do not have access to a computer, please call and I will let you use a computer in the office.
2. You must set up a Virtus Profile online account.
3. Fill out and electronically sign the Authorization for Release of Information AND Code of Conduct. *You must download them and fill them out if you are new to volunteering. Return them to Denise Hall at the office.
4. Make sure you mark that you are a parishioner at St. Frances Cabrini or St. Rose of Lima.
5. Choose the area you would like to attend and mark that session. You may attend anywhere in the Diocese.

 
*Please note that you MUST take a session from the Ft. Worth Diocese to Volunteer in the Ft. Worth Diocese.  fwdioc.org

Estamos entusiasmados saber que esté interesado(a) en unirse a un ministerio de St. Frances Cabrini o que ya forme parte de nuestros muchos ministerios.
La Certificación de Ambiente Seguro para Empleados y Voluntarios Adultos SE REQUIERE ANTES DE SERVIR en un ministerio Y DEBE RENOVARSE CADA DOS AŇOS. Para participar en un ministerio de St. Frances Cabrini o bien de St. Rose of Lima, hay varios pasos involucrados:

1. Llenar una solicitud de ministerio
2. Autorización para divulgación de información
3. Código de conducta y normas de comportamiento

*Puedo enviarlas por correo o tenerlas en la oficina si gusta recoger. O pueden ser descargadas cuando se registre para una sesión de concientización.
Devuelva los formularios a Paty Benavides.
 
Tome una clase de Ambiente Seguro que sea Buena por 2 años.
La certificación de Ambiente Seguro inicial o renovación actualmente REQUIERE ASISTENCIA EN UNA SESION DE CONOCIMIENTO SEGURO EN VIVO Y EN PERSONA (“CARA A CARA”).

1. Regístrese en línea en la página fwdioc.org en el enlace Español seleccione Ambiente Seguro. Si usted no tiene acceso a una computadora, llame y le dejare usar una computadora en la oficina.
2. Debe configurar una cuenta de línea de Virtus Profile.
3. Complete y firme electrónicamente la Autorización de divulgación de información y el Código de Conducta *Debe descargarlos y completarlos si es nuevo en el voluntariado. Devuélvalos a Denise Hall en la oficina.
4. Asegúrese de marcar que es feligrés de St. Frances Cabrini o St. Rose of Lima.
5. Elija donde le gustaría asistir y marque esa sesión. Puede asistir a cualquier parte de la Diócesis.
